What is a dinner party & how does it work?
A dinner party is where our team will come to your home and cook a specialized menu for you and your guests on one particular occasion. Menus can vary in 4 or 7 courses and are custom designed for each dinner. We offer a service which completely puts the host to ease. Sit back and relax, enjoy a premium gourmet meal in the comfort of your own home without having to lift a finger. We provide all that’s required and leave your kitchen shining clean. And hooray no dishes for you!
Rest assured we provide all cookware, utensils, cutlery and gourmet plate-ware. To host a party the home of the host will require preparation space, refrigerator, freezer, stove top, oven and adequate dining space. We also rent glassware if its required.
For all parties a server is required to assist with the needs of guests through the course of the evening. This includes assistance with beverages, food service and other small tasks to put the host at ease. This service requires an additional $120. Depending on the size of your party, more than one server may be required.
A dinner party may consist of 4 -24 guests. Each course is personally plated and served to each guest. The menu is designed to be the same for all guests, certain requests and substitutions can be made for individuals.
How is the menu decided?
We have a survey available for you to complete which offers a series of questions designed to understand your personal pallet. You are able to voice your favorite foods and flavors, mentioned dislikes and allergies. We can then construct the ideal menu for your special occasion.
What are the costs associated with hosting a dinner party?
Groups of 8-24 Guests
$100 per person for a 4 course Menu
$150 per person for a 7 course Menu
Groups of 4-7 Guests
$140 per person for a 4 course Menu
$185 per person for a 7 course Menu

What are the first steps I need to take and how do I book?
First download the dinner party survey . Initially consider the date you would like to host and how many guests would be in attendance. We will promptly respond with whether the date is available, costs associated and answer any questions you may have. If you wish to proceed with your booking the date will be reserved. Soon after a menu would be sent for your approval. If booking far in advance you can reserve a date with no deposit and work on the details in time to come.
Do you offer Gluten free menus?
Yes! These menus offer the same depth, variety and uniqueness as any other menu. Chef Sheridan is quite familiar with many of nature’s celiac friendly ingredients; arrowroot, rice flour, quinoa and the world of gluten free grains, seeds, legumes. With the addition of fresh produce and quality meats the chef is able to create an outstanding specialized menu. A gluten free menu is actually fairy simple when you start from the ground up with raw ingredients. You don’t have to bother with heavily processed and refined convenience products which are where a lot of sneaky gluten can be found.
How about vegetarian/vegan menus?
Yes! This is where the exciting world of produce, grains, legumes truly have their time to shine. These dishes look extraordinary when plated with the array of colours, shapes and textures. Vegetarian menus not only look and taste remarkable but also offer complete and balanced nutrition with a variety of protein and B vitamins.
