The article relates to the evolving culinary scene in Alberta; Where eating local and learning more about our agriculture can have its benefits for both comsumers and producers. We can all take advantage of the bounty Alberta food has to offer.

The photos are from an outdoor shoot in Bon Accord at Prairie Gardens. We had 12 guests enjoy an elegant outdoor dinner with local Ingredients. Tasty food and a beautiful scenery but don’t forget to bring your mosquito spray.
