A dinner party for 8 friends in their cozy home, all started by their winning raffle ticket at the Ardrossan annual Lobster dinner. Thrilled for another dinner party and to support Adrossan community.
I designed a menu using their submitted survey to make extravagant 4 course dinner with hors deouvres to greet guests at their arrival. Hey Ramsey come check out this beef wellington bloke.
Dinner was a blast with 4 courses and hors deouvres and a challenge for a mighty beef wellington for the main course.

Baby Benny & Salami Caprese
Maple seared pork tenderloin, white chocolate polenta. Caramelized apple gastrique
Boot Salad. Cos & arugula. Creamy black olive Vinaigrette
Beef wellington Roasted garlic Mash, herb roasted eggplant & zucchini
Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding – Whiskey Vanilla butter
Think I might have knocked this one right out the park.
